We are on track to close over 14,000 homes this year in the Boise MSA. Bottom line is that we still have a very strong market. The biggest concern is the local buyers being able to stay in the marketplace with our escalating prices. We are so dependent on our out of state buyers, it raises concerns as to whether or not we can sustain this pace. However for now, there seems to be no end in sight for the immigration of families into our Valley!
