Total Closings for New and Resale Homes YTD 2013 in Ada and Canyon Counties is:
8,156 Homes compared to 7,042 Homes in 2012 – Increased of 1,114 Homes or 16% over same period in 2012.

Through end of 3rd Quarter (January – September 2013):
1,237 New Homes closed in Ada County – Increased of 242 Homes or 24% over 2012.
4,710 Resale Homes closed in Ada County – Increased of 592 Homes or 14% over 2012.
321 New Homes closed in Canyon County – Increased of 103 Homes or 47% over 2012.
1.941 Resale Homes closed in Canyon County – Increased of 166 Homes or 9% over 2012.
